This Privacy Policy explains how Work Six Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), trading as Mail Just Works, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our website at mailjustworks.com and our email delivery service (together, the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you register for an account we collect your email address.
We use Stripe to process payments. When you subscribe or add a payment method, Stripe collects your card or payment details on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive from Stripe a token, the last four digits of your card, its expiry date, and billing address for invoicing purposes.
To provide the Service, we process and temporarily store the content of email messages you send through our system, including message headers, body text, attachments, and recipient addresses. This data is retained only as long as necessary to complete delivery and provide delivery logs, after which it is deleted in accordance with our retention schedule (see Section 5).
We collect data about how you use the Service, including API call volumes, delivery and bounce rates, timestamps, IP addresses, and browser or client information. This data helps us operate, monitor, and improve the Service.
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to manage your session and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies (with your consent where required) to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

These include encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls, regular security reviews, and incident response procedures. While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
